Friendly helpful staff who remembered my name. Nice big comfortable well equiped room. Good food in a pleasant reataurant. Great location for touring Irelands west coast. Free wi fi.
Noisy bathroom fan.
We had a problem with the lock on a door, this was sorted by supplying another room without fuss and speedily
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We stayed an extra night and they upgraded our room for free. The hotel was modern and the irish musicians and locals dancing on a Thursday evening gave a lovely traditional feel to our stay
I felt the walk into the centre was longer than expected/would have wanted. It was all uphill and took about 30 minutes. Having said that there are lovely bars/restaurants on the same road as the hotel. I would certainly recommend a visit to the pub to the left of the hotel.
The restaurant upstairs where they serve breakfast is lovely and we had a nice view from our room
There was a lot of rust in our bath and the double bed was quite soft
easy parking, good food, clean rooms. Receptionist very helpfull and bar well run.
Excellent service. Great breakfast. Large and comfortable rooms with nice view. God spa and swimming pool.
Little bit far from Westport to walk.
everything from the staff being so friendly and the food was beautiful
The location at the waters edge in the shadow of Craogh Patrick certainly did lend itself to the picturesque location. The area around the hotel was chic and friendly. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.
the value for money and the nice comfotable settings in relation to the fireplace and the late bar
The leisure facilities were not operational while we were there
The pool when it was open unfortunately it was not open for most of the time we were there. location is nice but a little out of town
The pool was closed most of the time. room had no view. the restaurant decor looks cold and uninviting and menu limited.no plug for the bath. had to go and report this to reception the plug supplied didnt fit propery and had to report again to reception. three adults in the room but only two cups and not enough milk. again back to reception for more cups and milk. hotel very empty and therfore felt we were a hinderance rather than a valued customer.
the food and service in Fishworks restaurant was second to none.
The rest, enjoyed the swimming pool and food.
Not a problem as such but bedroom furnature quite dated and tv about 30 years old.
Staff great and responsive to our needs, excellent bistro attached and appreciated the option of a room only/breakfast optional rate after and extensive 'on the road' holiday from Australia.
Dinner in Blue Wave restaurant although quite expensive
Rooms should not be advertised as having Sky TV when there is only one channel. No bathrobes provided for pool, which was freezing. The "gym" leaves a lot to be desired..
comfort of hotel staff were very nice excellent too rooms of high standard n lovely location close to town
